The 80 V / 250 Ah lithium-ion battery supplies the electric motors with energy and also improves your company's carbon footprint. The forklift truck's battery technology offers many advantages. A lithium-ion battery is more powerful than the commonly used lead-acid batteries. The energy density is many times higher, which results in an increased runtime. In addition, the charging performance is significantly better. The powerful lithium-ion battery takes just 72 minutes to charge. Another advantage is the low maintenance requirements. While lead-acid batteries require regular refilling with distilled water, this is not necessary with lithium-ion batteries. Accordingly, with this battery technology you save both time and the need for a complex and additional aquamatic system, which would also be prone to failure.

Sustainable and durable

The robust counterbalance forklift truck gets its counterweight from the 181 kg heavy battery block. Both the motor and the battery are installed under the driver's seat to save space, thus creating the required low centre of gravity for ideal stability when lifting heavy loads. Goods up to 3.500 kg are easily moved from A to B at a maximum speed of 18 km/h. The electric forklift can be used on a gradient up to 18 % with a load.

The electronic drive is not only very quiet, but also saves energy. The forklift truck is charged using the external charger provided. A full charge of the electric forklift truck takes about 2 hours. The current battery charge level can be conveniently read directly from the display.

A high-current power outlet is required for charging. For fire protection reasons, it is important that the charger is always stored on a non-flammable surface (e.g. steel floor or concrete).

Thanks to the energy-saving LED headlights and signal lights, it is also possible to work in darker areas of the hall.

Zero-emission, compact and quiet

The electric drive and small dimensions (1.160 mm x 3.868 mm x 2.120 - 6.022 mm) make the forklift truck ideal for indoor use, as it is emission-free and very quiet. Nevertheless, it is also at home outdoors, getting goods and merchandise safely to their destination.

It makes everyday work easier when loading and unloading lorries, containers and transporting goods.

The compact triple telescopic mast stores goods at any height up to a lifting height of 40 - 4.800 mm. It extends in three stages to a height of 2.120 - 6.022 mm. The small dimensions of the vehicle when the telescopic mast is retracted also make it perfect for unloading goods from a 40-foot high-cube sea freight container.

Thanks to rear-wheel steering, the GSE35/5 has a small turning circle of 2.400 mm, making it easier to work in confined spaces, such as between rows of shelves. The driving path requires a minimum width of . The power-assisted steering, which is integrated as standard, makes manoeuvring the forklift truck easy.

High performance thanks to lithium-ion technology

Compared to conventional electric forklift trucks with a lead-acid battery, the lithium-ion battery of the GSE35/5 offers many advantages. For example, the charging time is much shorter. The charging efficiency is also significantly better. Furthermore, the number of possible charging cycles until the battery block is taken out of service and thus the service life is considerably increased if a lithium-ion battery is used. The lithium-ion battery of the electric forklift truck also has a particularly high energy density. That is why the service life is particularly high.

Another major advantage is that Li-ion batteries are maintenance-free. This eliminates the need for the time-consuming filling of distilled water, which either takes a lot of time or requires an additional aquamatic system.

Comfortable operation & good all-round visibility

The cab entrance has been ergonomically designed with a non-slip step and handgrip, and the highest attention has been paid to safety during construction.

Lifting, lowering and tilting of the fork is done in a user-friendly way using the lever next to the steering column. The width of the forks is adjusted manually on the fork mast. This makes the electric forklift an all-rounder that can be used for much more than just Euro pallets. Thanks to the hydraulic side adjustment, you can easily and conveniently move the fork carriage sideways from the driver's cab to enter pallets.

The steering wheel, with a diameter of 760 mm, is equipped with a control knob for easy operation in confined spaces. The cabin can be easily adjusted to suit the individual driver: the steering unit is height-adjustable and the driver's seat can be moved backwards and forwards. The driver's seat also features adjustable side and backrests, as well as adjustable suspension for maximum seating comfort.

The seat belt, which is required by law, ensures safety while driving.

Another safety plus: the all-round view provided by the curved rear-view mirror and the rear handle with horn function. The latter helps to ensure a stable sitting position when reversing and provides greater driving comfort and safety. The curved shape of the overhead guard and the lattice struts at the correct angle improve the upward view of the load. The display next to the steering column shows the battery level, speed and operating hours counter. The electric forklift truck can be parked safely with the ratchet handbrake.

The weight of the forklift truck is distributed evenly over the 4 pneumatic tyres. The front wheels (28x9-15) are larger than the rear wheels (6.50-10), which are steered by the rear wheel steering.

For the use of the electric forklift truck in Germany, a driver's licence L (forklift licence) is required and annual instruction in its use is also mandatory in accordance with § 4 DGUV V1. Please observe national regulations if applicable.

The forklift truck does not have road approval with the listed equipment. Such approval can be obtained by retrofitting the reflective coating, a warning bar and acceptance by an official testing authority.
