Powerful, energy-efficient and future-oriented

The 80 V / 150 Ah Li-ion battery supplies the electric motors with energy while also improving your company's carbon footprint. The forklift's battery technology offers many benefits. A lithium-ion battery is more powerful than the lead-acid batteries commonly used. Its energy density is many times higher, resulting in a longer operating time. This means that the powerful Li-ion battery takes just 4,5 h to charge. Another advantage is its low maintenance requirement. While lead-acid batteries require regular filling with distilled water, this is not necessary with lithium-ion batteries. With this battery technology, you therefore save both time and the need for a complex additional Aquamatik system, which would also be prone to faults.

Sustainable and durable

The robust counterbalance forklift, also known as a counterbalanced forklift, gets its counterweight from the 160 kg battery block. Both the motor and battery are installed under the driver's seat to save space, creating the low centre of gravity required for ideal stability when lifting heavy loads. Goods weighing up to 1.500 kg can therefore be moved effortlessly from A to B at a maximum speed of 15 km/h. The electric forklift can be used on gradients of up to 17 % when loaded.

The electric drive is not only very quiet but also energy-efficient. A full charge of the electric forklift takes approximately 4,5 h. The current battery charge level can be conveniently read directly on the charger.

Thanks to compatibility with the 230 V standard mains supply, the battery is charged gently and efficiently. This means the GSE15/5 can be charged easily from any standard household socket. This extends your battery's service life and increases your forklift's performance. This is perfect for small and medium-sized businesses operating a 2-shift system. The supplied power cable can be carried at all times. This allows you to charge your forklift wherever a power source is available. The GSE15/5 guarantees flexibility and mobility.

Thanks to the energy-saving LED headlights and signal lights, work is also possible in darker areas of the hall.

Emission-free, compact and quiet

Thanks to its electric drive and compact dimensions (1.120 mm x 3.350 mm x 2.190 - 5.814 mm) the forklift is ideally suited for indoor use because it is emission-free and very quiet. Nevertheless, it is also at home outdoors, safely transporting goods to their destination.

It makes everyday work easier when loading and unloading trucks and containers and transporting goods.

The compact 3-stage telescopic mast stores goods continuously up to a lifting height of 35 - 4.800 mm. It extends in 3 stages, with mast heights between 2.190 - 5.814 mm. The vehicle's small dimensions with the telescopic mast retracted also make it perfect for unloading inside a 40-foot High Cube sea freight container.

Thanks to rear-wheel steering, the GSE15/5 impresses with a small turning radius of 2.035 mm, making work easier in confined spaces, such as between rows of racking. The travel path requires a minimum width of 3.655 mm. The standard integrated power steering enables effortless forklift manoeuvring.

High performance thanks to lithium-ion technology

Compared with conventional electric forklifts with lead-acid batteries, the lithium-ion battery of the GSE15/5 offers many advantages. Its charging time is many times shorter, and its charging efficiency is also significantly better. In addition, using a lithium-ion battery considerably increases the number of possible charging cycles before the battery block is decommissioned, and therefore significantly extends its service life. The lithium-ion battery of the electric forklift also has an especially high energy density, which results in a particularly long operating time. 

Another major advantage is that Li-ion batteries are maintenance-free. The laborious filling with distilled water is therefore no longer necessary, which would otherwise either take a great deal of time or require an additional Aquamatik system.

Comfortable operation & good all-round visibility

Access to the driver's cab is ergonomically designed, and the construction also prioritizes maximum safety with a non-slip step and grab handle.

The forks can be raised, lowered and tilted conveniently using the levers next to the steering column. The fork width is adjusted manually on the fork mast. This makes the electric forklift an all-rounder that can be used for much more than just Euro pallets. The hydraulic side-shift allows you to move the fork carriage sideways easily and conveniently from the driver's cab when entering pallets.

The 45 cm-diameter steering wheel is equipped with a spinner knob for easy operation in the tightest spaces. The cab can be adapted perfectly to the respective driver: the steering unit is height-adjustable and the driver's seat can be moved forwards and backwards.

The legally required seat belt provides safety while driving. 

Another safety advantage is the all-round view provided by the curved rear-view mirror and the rear handle with horn function. The latter contributes to a stable seated position when reversing and provides greater driving comfort and safety. The curved shape of the overhead guard and the correctly angled grille struts improve upward visibility of the load. The display next to the steering column shows the battery level, speed and hour meter. The electric forklift can be parked safely using the ratchet handbrake.

The forklift's weight is distributed evenly across the 4 pneumatic rubber tyres. The front tyres (6.00-9NHS-10PR) are larger than the rear tyres (5.00-8NHS-10PR), which are controlled by the rear-wheel steering.

Please follow the battery-use instructions in the operating manual without fail. It is important never to allow the battery to reach a deeply discharged state. The battery should therefore be charged regularly, even when the equipment is not being used.
