All data refer to evenly distributed loads. When loading your shelving unit, the shelf load and bay load must not be exceeded. The customer shall be obliged to observe the rules set out therein for assembly and selection of a suitable assembly location, in particular the examination of the floor conditions and loading. In the case of adjacent pedestrian traffic and other traffic routes, the outermost uprights must be at least 500 mm higher than the top storage level in order to protect against falling stored goods. For this purpose, you can configure an end stand elevation in the first and last field.

Are you setting up or expanding a warehouse, or planning a move? Use our practical online pallet racking configurator to plan the number of pallet racks in advance. Define the racking width and height, then select the number of beam levels. You can also add decking to these levels by choosing wood, steel or mesh decking from the drop-down menu.
Whether you need single- or double-sided pallet racking, you can duplicate your plan at the touch of a button, adjust the maximum load per Euro pallet and set the rack depth. The online configurator instantly calculates how many Euro pallets the design can accommodate and updates the figure at the top of the planning view.
Use the controls at the top of each rack bay to adjust the entire rack. To change a single level, select the pencil icon on that level to open the editing window. Add impact and collision protection to your planned pallet racking using the lower rack editing icon. To raise the end frames by 50cm, select the end-upright extension for the outer bays.
You can add or remove a rack bay just as easily, or transfer the entire plan to your shopping basket. Use the bin icon to reset the design, then start planning another custom pallet racking system. To save the plan for later or share it with a colleague or manager, use the share function above the planning view. You can email the generated link or save it for later.
