All information in the corner shelving unit configurator refers to evenly distributed loads. When loading your shelving unit, neither the shelf load capacity nor the bay load capacity may be exceeded. The shelving unit may only be loaded by hand. This means you are required to follow the rules set out there for shelf assembly and selecting a suitable installation location, particularly the requirement to anchor the shelving to the floor and to check the floor’s condition and load-bearing capacity. Configure corner pallet racking and make effective use of storage space
Where two rows of racking meet at a corner, the corner unit connects the adjoining bays to form a continuous installation. This allows you to take the shape of the space into account from the planning stage and arrange the racking to suit the available floor area.
In the corner racking configurator, you combine the corner unit with the bays on either side. As well as the dimensions, you can select the decking for the adjoining bays. Extension bays and raised end frames can also be included in your configuration.
Allow for shelf and bay load capacities when planning
The maximum shelf load is 2,000 kg. This is the weight that an individual storage level or shelf can support. The maximum bay load of 9,000 kg, on the other hand, applies to the total load in a bay between two upright frames. Both limits must be observed: the combined load on all levels must not exceed the permissible bay load.

Which dimensions can I choose for my corner pallet racking?
You can select various racking heights up to a maximum of 750 cm. The racking depth is 110 cm. The adjoining bays on the left and right are available in widths of 180, 270 and 360 cm.
Which decking options are available for the corner unit and adjoining bays?
The corner shelving unit is available without decking or with wooden decking. The adjoining bays on the left and right can be configured without decking or with wood, steel, wire mesh, steel grating or box pallet supports.
