Pallet rack shelf support made of wire mesh as the ideal alternative to wooden boards with many advantages. At a comparable price but with a higher load capacity, the wire mesh shelf is ideal for pallet racks if you want to gain a few centimetres in height. That’s because this shelf is 38 mm thinner than the wooden boards.
The downward facing, integrated depth supports additionally contribute to the stability and safety of your stored goods. Dust, dirt and wood debris cannot accumulate. The mesh size is 5 x 10 cm, creating an open area of 70 %. This gives you a perfect view of the stored goods. In addition, the mesh shelf exceeds all applicable standards for sprinkler systems. The wire mesh modules are placed on the beams and fix themselves automatically due to their special construction, with an overhang of 30 mm at the front and back.
This wire mesh shelf comprises 3 wire mesh modules with a depth of 1.100 mm and a width of 880 mm. This creates a total width of 270 cm. The maximum load-bearing capacity of this wire mesh with an even load distribution is 4.500 kg. When loading your pallet rack, please observe the maximum compartment and unit load capacities specified for the PR15000. For outdoor use, we recommend the rack mesh shelf in galvanised steel.
