The TOPREGAL pallet racks PR9000F stand out not only for their particularly high load capacity, but also for their modular and flexible design. This complete package has been tested for a maximum load of 2.000 kg per rack beam level in accordance with EN 15512 and therefore has a maximum bay load of 9.000 kg; it can be loaded with 1.000 kg per pallet.
The rack beams are hot-dip galvanised, making them ideally suited to outdoor use. They are simply hooked into the rack uprights using a push-fit assembly system. Additional safety pins protect the rack beam from accidentally being lifted out and thus ensure safety. The pallet racking frames consist of two hot-dip galvanised upright profiles. The front and rear upright profiles are bolted together using horizontal and diagonal braces, providing particularly high stability. To ensure additional stability, 2 base plates are mounted at the lower ends of each rack upright and firmly anchored to the floor with anchor bolts. This makes our modular pallet rack not only customisable, but also particularly safe thanks to its secure anchoring in the ground.
The surface of this rack is hot-dip galvanised and therefore weather-resistant. It is particularly suitable for outdoor use, in cold stores, corrosive environments or similar applications.
Customisable thanks to modular design
The flexibility of these racks is particularly impressive. The rack beams can be individually hooked in at height increments of 50 mm to create rack bays of different sizes. In our configurator, you can also combine different bay widths and rack heights to meet your individual requirements. Additional bays measuring 180 cm, 270 cm and 360 cm wide, or a workbench, can also be added at a later stage. Further levels can also be added at different heights.

The optimum decking
The TOPREGAL steel grating decks provide excellent protection against liquids and corrosion thanks to their hot-dip galvanized surface. This makes them ideal for outdoor use or for rooms with high humidity. Hot-dip galvanized steel grating decks also offer clear advantages when working with abrasive or corrosive substances. They therefore also meet the applicable fire-safety requirements. In addition, steel grating decks provide a better overview of stored goods, as they can already be seen from below through the rack. Each steel grating deck module has a maximum load capacity of 800 kg with evenly distributed loads and a mesh size of 9,9 x 9,9 cm. When loading your pallet rack, observe the specified maximum shelf and bay loads.
Quick and easy assembly
All mounting materials, such as nuts, screws, anchor bolts, base plates and all small parts required for assembly, are included in the price and delivery. If you experience problems assembling or inspecting your new pallet rack, we also offer professional rack assembly and rack inspections in accordance with DIN EN 15635.

All data refer to evenly distributed loads. When loaded, the shelf load and field load must not be exceeded. In principle, the current guidelines on safety and health at work (german DGUV Rule 208-061) apply during use. TOPREGAL accepts no liability for accidents/damage caused by improper use. Our shelving must not be fixed to the wall. According to the guidelines of the German Social Accident Insurance DGUV 208-061, DIN EN 15512 and DIN EN 15635, floor anchoring of pallet racking is mandatory. Floor anchoring is required for storage racks if the depth/height ratio is greater than 5:1. If the ratio is lower, no fixing is required. Please note: Our spacers are designed exclusively for parallel positioning of our shelving.
Our 3 pallet rack models PR4500, PR9000 & PR15000 differ mainly in the load capacity for light, medium & heavy loads. Here the material thickness and dimensions of e.g. the upright profile, cross beams and foot plates differ. The construction of the three models is identical and our accessories are compatible with each other.
The model designation refers to the maximum field load of the individual systems:
- Pallet rack PR4500 - Bay load (max.): 9000 kg / Shelf load (max.): 1500 kg
- Pallet rack PR9000 - Bay load (max.): 9000 kg / Shelf load (max.): 3000 kg
- Pallet rack PR15000 - Bay load (max.): 15000 kg / Shelf load (max.): 4500 kg
This corresponds to a maximum load per pallet of 500 / 1000 / 1500 kg.

We offer you the common heights from 200 cm to 750 cm in 50 cm steps. For individual heights, the shelf supports are cut to size on request or manufactured individually according to your requirements.
Fixing our shelving to the wall is not permitted.
According to the guidelines of the German Social Accident Insurance DGUV 208-061, DIN EN 15512 & DIN EN 15635, pallet racking must be anchored to the floor
Storage racks must be fixed to the floor if the depth/height ratio is greater than 5:1. No fixing is required below this ratio.
Our spacers are used exclusively for parallel positioning of our shelving.
The steel thickness of the cross beams for pallet racks is 1.5 mm.
The bay load (C) is the total load-bearing capacity of a shelf bay / the load between two shelf uprights. Your own weight does not count here.
The maximum weight that rests on the individual shelf / rack is called the shelf load (B). The sum of the shelf loads must not exceed the bay load.
Point load (A) are the forces acting on the floor in a point-like manner, also known as individual load.
The individual levels can be hung or attached individually as desired in a grid spacing of 5 cm.

Your order will usually be handed over to the shipping company within 24 hours of receipt of the order or payment (depending on the payment method selected), depending on stock levels. From this point on, the delivery time within Germany is a maximum of 72 hours (international shipments take correspondingly longer, please note the information directly on the respective item). If you have selected an advice note, the shipping company will contact you at least one day before delivery to arrange the delivery date.
The goods are usually delivered on a truck with side unloading. In this case, the shipment must be unloaded from the vehicle with the help of a forklift or a lifting device with sufficient lifting height. Alternatively, the goods can also be picked up manually from the vehicle.
