Thanks to its removable battery, the machine can be used without a cable. While you continue working uninterrupted with the machine, the replacement battery is charged. The strapping process is started by briefly pressing the tensioning button; the strap is automatically tensioned, welded and cut. As the machine produces a strong weld seam, no additional sealing sleeves are required. The machine has been designed to be extremely stable, making it a sustainable and worthwhile investment. 

The scope of delivery includes an additional Li-Ion battery, which reliably supports increased productivity and effectively prevents disruptive waiting times while the machine is charging. These batteries demonstrate impressive durability with a continuous operating time of approximately 8 h. The matching charger, which charges the batteries to full capacity within 1,5 h, is also included.

Efficient and ergonomic strap unwinding

With the TecMaschin strapping trolley, rolls of strapping with an inner diameter of 250 - 406 mm can be transported easily and ergonomically. The height of 1.050 mm makes the frame easy to handle during transport, while the practical shelf is always at the right height for keeping the hand strapping machine close at hand. The strapping is held in the frame by roller bearings. This supports rapid unwinding of the strap and therefore makes work more efficient. In addition, the trolley is designed to be extremely robust and is therefore ideally equipped for continuous use in the warehouse or at the order-picking station. The fixed Solid rubber tyres with a diameter of 220 mm make it easy to transport the strapping trolley to different locations.

Tear-resistant and secure packaging

With the TecMaschin strapping made of PET (polyethylene terephthalate), you can securely package stored goods and picked goods with straps up to 2.000 m and a very high tear resistance of 3.350 N. It can withstand even the most demanding shipping requirements. With its width of 14,7 mm and thickness of 0,7 mm, it is compatible with all standard strapping machines. Not only is it green, the strap is also fully recyclable, making it an environmentally sustainable choice for your company.
