Corner racking offers a practical way of providing previously unused areas in warehouses and workshops with additional storage space and creating more storage space. While traditional racking systems often end at the boundaries of the room, a custom-fit corner racking system closes the often unused gap. "We now offer corner elements for flexible expansion of our tried-and-tested LR2000 modular storage system. They fit perfectly into a 90° angle. Our online configurator can therefore be used to create a consistent, professional storage system, adapted to the individual conditions of the respective business premises. But existing storage systems can also be retrofitted without any problems," reports Jürgen Effner, Managing Director of TOPREGAL GmbH. Especially in companies where space is a decisive factor, this extension provides more structure and efficiency in the working environment.

Individual corner racking for small parts and open-fronted storage bins

With heights of between two and four metres, depths of between sixty and eighty centimetres and up to eight levels, the corner racking offers a wide range of options for individual storage design. Assembly takes place in just a few steps, as the simple plug-in system enables quick and safe assembly. Cross beams can be inserted in a grid of five centimetres and fixed in place with locking pins so that the racking can be extended in width and number of levels at any time. "Each level can carry up to 500 kilograms, while the bay load is up to 2,000 kilograms. The 25 millimetre thick wooden decks are particularly suitable for storing small parts, open-fronted storage bins and other goods that would otherwise not find a place on the racking," says Effner.

Simple planning with online configurator

The corner racking can be planned quickly and individually using a 3D configurator. "With just a few clicks, users can specify the desired height, depth, required number of levels and add-on bays to create a tailor-made solution for their warehouse or workshop," explains Effner, adding: "At the same time, users can use the configurator to design entire racking systems and add LR2000 system bays - on the left, right or both sides as required." The material of the racking decks can also be selected: Wood, steel, galvanized mesh or even kanban and multiplex decks are available to choose from. "The user-friendly configurator turns an idea into a fully realisable racking project in no time at all, ready to be assembled and put into operation within just a few days," concludes Effner.
