Store goods visibly: with the mobile kanban rack from TOPREGAL
The sloping shelf allows packages and small parts to be removed optimally from visible storage bins and storage boxes. The sloping shelves are inclined at an angle of 20 degrees, making both visibility and removal considerably easier. This saves time during order picking and increases your throughput in goods receiving and dispatch. The rack's easy transportability opens up a range of logistics options: your packing, assembly or goods-receiving station is independent of its actual location and can be moved flexibly when required. Small parts such as screws or nuts can be moved from A to B just as easily as the goods being picked.
The external dimension of this mobile kanban rack is 1,2 m, while the usable decking area, the so-called internal dimension, is 10 cm shorter. The maximum load capacity of a shelf is 300 kg, while the bay load, meaning the maximum load between two rack uprights with evenly distributed weight, is 500 kg.
Flexible and modular: the kanban rack from TOPREGAL
This mobile kanban rack from TOPREGAL consists of 3 levels, each fitted with a sloping wooden shelf. Each level also has two stepped rack beams, which carry the actual load, and a round rack beam used as a fall guard. These rack beams are painted orange and can be individually hooked in at height increments of 50 mm. This improves the ergonomics of your rack and allows you to configure your shelves to the optimum size.
The mobile rack uprights each consist of two blue-painted upright profiles. The 2 movable castors with locking brakes provide the necessary flexibility. Matching covers are clipped onto the upright profiles to improve occupational safety.
The total height of the mobile kanban rack can be varied by 40 cm, between 1.390 - 1.790 mm. To do this, simply adjust the insertion height of the foot section. This allows you to set your rack to the optimum height for your application. Thanks to the modular design of our storage racks, this rack type can also be expanded and adapted flexibly.
