Our Mezzanine Floors are manufactured in accordance with EUROCODE guidelines.
Extension module D (corner extension), including 1 support, for attachment to the existing modules A, B, and C to enlarge the platform area.
The extension module D cannot be installed without the other three modules. The mezzanine floor can be loaded with 500 kg/m² when the load is distributed evenly. All main beams are bolted to the existing supports using connection plates. The secondary beams, also known as purlins, located between the main beams are attached to the main beams, ensuring optimum load distribution. The railing, including handrail, knee rail, and kickboard, ensures that nobody accidentally steps over the platform edge.
On request, we will be happy to prepare a calculation sheet for your mezzanine floor in accordance with EUROCODES / FEM. It contains information on the calculation and test methods, the test results, and checks regarding load-bearing capacity and stability requirements.
