The SolidHub HEF1200/4 reliably supports the transport, order picking and stacking of loads up to 1.200 kg and a lift height of 90 - 4.000 mm. Thanks to its low noise level of 69 dB, working with the electric stacker truck for extended periods is comfortable. With its exceptional lift height, the HEF1200/4 is also suitable for high-ceiling halls. The mast height of 2.500 - 4.500 mm must be taken into account.

Comfortable and ergonomic operation

The ergonomically designed tiller enables particularly user-friendly control. All lifting and lowering functions can be conveniently operated via the multifunction tiller button. All important control instruments, such as the battery charge indicator, hour meter, emergency stop switch and key, are centrally positioned and within the operator’s direct field of vision.

SolidHub electric pallet stackers: safety and optimum visibility

When driving, the safety bars that fold out to the sides ensure that the driver always has a secure footing, even when cornering, and reliably protect them from falling. When the operator platform and bars are not required, they can simply be folded against the electric stacker truck. The vehicle’s fully enclosed housing and its low ground clearance provide additional protection, as they reduce the risk of injuries around the feet. Because of its low ground clearance, the HEF1200/4 must be used exclusively on smooth, level floors and routes. The low housing height and the mast’s grating structure also provide good visibility through the telescopic lifting frame, keeping people and goods in view at all times. Thanks to its waterproof control unit, the high-quality electronic stacker truck is also ideally suited to harsh working conditions such as cold, moisture and dust. This makes it ideal for use in production halls or cold stores, for example. However, the HEF1200/4 is not designed for continuous use in cold stores or for use in rain or heavy moisture.

Powerful motor, short charging time

The motor power of 1,5 kW reliably supports the transport of Euro pallets and mesh boxes up to 1.200 kg. The battery capacity of 210 Ah enables a total operating time of 3,5 h at full load. The integrated lead-acid battery has a voltage of 24 V and can be conveniently charged using the external charger from any standard 230 V socket. When the battery is completely discharged, charging takes approximately 4,2 h.

Driving behaviour and control of the HEF1200/4 electric stacker truck from SolidHub

The transport speed is a maximum of 6 km/h (walking speed). Thanks to the integrated control function, the speed can be adjusted continuously using the rocker switch. This means that, even with the platform folded in, the electric stacker truck can be walked at a comfortable and controlled speed. An electromechanical regenerative brake ensures easy and safe transport. It not only enables reliable braking, but also helps extend the battery’s operating time.

Depending on the load, the electric stacker truck can also be used on gradients of up to 6 - 8 %. The easy-running, highly manoeuvrable wheels made of PU, together with high-quality ball bearings, are standard equipment on the SolidHub HEF1200/4. The PU wheels impress with their abrasion resistance and good grip on the floor. At the same time, they roll easily and quietly over uneven surfaces – an ideal balance between smooth running and rolling resistance. The 3 kW steering motor makes manoeuvring the electric pallet stacker particularly easy. Please check the permissible floor load before using the HEF1200/4.

Good to know: Warehouse employees do not need any special training or a forklift licence for this. However, the person must be at least 18 years old. An introduction to handling the lifting equipment is sufficient. When working with the SolidHub electric pallet truck HEF1200/4, it is of course essential to observe and comply with the applicable legal requirements.

Before commissioning, check the national regulations applicable in the country of use. The operator is responsible for commissioning the equipment and for ensuring that suitable personnel are available for its operation.

Please strictly follow the instructions for using the battery in the operating manual. It is essential never to allow the battery to become deeply discharged. The battery should therefore be charged regularly, even when the device is not being used.
