Crossbars measuring 1 – 2 m in length, combined with starting/end posts, corner posts and intermediate posts, can be used to separate traffic routes used by forklift trucks, high-lift Pallet trucks and other motorised equipment from workstations and pedestrian routes. This safeguards your warehouse and production employees as well as goods and machinery. The impact protection railing combines flexibility, safety and strength.

The 200 x 200 mm base plates of the post elements can be firmly fixed to the floor using the included anchor bolts. The solid steel impact protection railing can absorb high forces and stop vehicles in an emergency. Thanks to the modular design of the railing system, you can configure this protective barrier individually to suit the layout of your warehouse or production hall. Its safety-yellow colour ensures that the protective railing is visible from a distance and that pedestrian routes are quickly identified. This increases operational safety and reduces the risk of accidents.

The practical in-line construction for your safety

With the centre-post construction from the impact protection railing system, you can easily separate a straight section of your hall from traffic routes. The three posts, 1.000 mm high and made of 70 mm x 70 mm structural steel, withstand strong forces. They can be securely fixed to the floor with anchor bolts to ensure the stability of the solid construction.

The 4 associated crossbars, each 1.500 mm long, for the impact protection construction can be easily hooked into the beam pockets on the posts and fixed in place.
